Content Studio lets you manage one or more WordPress sites, generate AI SEO articles, and publish on a schedule.
Panel URL: /app (after registration and approval if enabled).
- Register and wait for admin approval if required.
- Create a Site and copy the Site API Key.
- Install Content Studio Connector on WordPress and paste the key.
- Set your Writing Profile (language, word count, images, links).
- Add keywords to Keyword Queue or use Plan monthly queue.
- Enable Schedule on the site (server cron must be running).
2. Sites
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| WordPress URL | Your site address (e.g. https://example.com) |
| Site API Key | Links the WordPress plugin to this dashboard |
| Auto-publish | Publish to WordPress automatically after generation |
| AI / Image generator | Default for all automated articles on this site |
3. Writing profile
Applies to all automated articles unless you override a single keyword row.
- Word count: min / max
- Structure: H2, H3, intro, conclusion, FAQ
- Internal links: auto_internal_links + count
- External links: added from research (3+ authoritative sources)
- Images: featured image + images inside the article
- Custom instructions: extra rules for every article
4. Keyword queue
Add keywords
- One keyword per line, or Plan monthly queue for 30 days at once
- From a site: Sites → your site → Keyword Queue → Plan one per day
Processing order (no conflicts)
- Only rows with Scheduled for ≤ now are processed
- Earliest due date first
- Same day: higher Priority wins
Per-article settings (optional)
Edit a row → Article generation: AI model, images, article type, word count, extra instructions for that day only.
5. Daily schedule
Under Sites → Schedule:
- Enable Scheduler
- Frequency — daily / weekly / custom
- Publish time — when the cron run should pick keywords
- articles_per_run — usually
1for one article per day - min_interval_hours — minimum gap between runs
The server must run php artisan schedule:run every minute (via cron).
6. Articles
- Manual generation: Articles → Create
- Automated articles appear as draft, then published if auto-publish is on
- Edit SEO, links, and run Analyze SEO from the article editor
7. Settings — API keys
BYOK uses your own API keys; Platform uses keys included in your plan. Valid AI keys are required for generation.
This guide is for clients only. Platform operators use the admin panel guide.
